75 grams plain yogurt (I use whole milk yogurt)50 grams tahini50 grams water20 grams lemon juice1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp cumin1/4 tsp white pepper (or black pepper)1/8 tsp cayenne pepper Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth. Adjust for taste and consistency. Serve on roasted vegetables, baked sweet potato, in sandwiches, etc.
2 cups frozen blueberries1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk1 banana1/3 cup plain yogurt Blend ingredients until smooth.

4 Tbsp butter, softened8 oz cream cheese, softened3 oz (squares) unsweetened chocolate, melteddash saltabout 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted1/3 cup half and half1 tsp vanilla extract Cream butter and cream cheese together. Mix in chocolate. Add salt and sugar alternately with cream, beating until smooth. Beat in vanilla. Frost cooled cake.
