Tahini yogurt sauce

75 grams plain yogurt (I use whole milk yogurt)
50 grams tahini
50 grams water
20 grams lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp white pepper (or black pepper)
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth. Adjust for taste and consistency.
  2. Serve on roasted vegetables, baked sweet potato, in sandwiches, etc.
