Ken’s black vinegar noodles

8 oz noodles, prepared and drained very thoroughly
3 Tbsp Chinese black vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
green onions, thinly sliced (optional)
chili oil (optional)

  1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl, optionally adding other greens (cilantro, cucumber, etc), and mix well.
