Overnight oats

1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (not quick oats or steel-cut oats)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
2/3 cup soy milk
2 tsp maple syrup
pinch salt

  1. Add all ingredients to a two-cup container. Let sit one minute.
  2. Stir. Let sit several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Serve topped with fruit.
