Spaghetti sauce à la Kipp

1 lb ground beef
1/2 medium white onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (29 oz) tomato sauce

  1. Sauté beef, onion, and garlic. Drain fat, if necessary.
  2. Add in tomato sauce, and simmer. Add spices (oregano, basil, salt, pepper) and a pinch of sugar.
