2 1/2 tbsp butter, softened
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp parsley, chopped
2 tsp lemon juice
- Mix 1 tbsp butter, paprika, and black pepper.
- Place 1 lb tilapia in a baking dish, and coat with buttery seasoning. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, melt 1 1/2 tbsp butter, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Pour over fish, and serve with rice.
