Aioli

1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 cloves garlic (minced) Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until combined. Use as a spread or dressing.

Mulled cider

1 gal apple cider 1/4 cup brown sugar 3 sticks cinnamon 1 tbsp cloves, whole 1 orange Pour apple cider into a 4 qt slow cooker. Add brown sugar and cinnamon. Peel orange, and stick cloves into orange peel. Add orange peel to slow cooker. Cook on high for several hours, or until strong enough.

Spaghetti sauce à la Kipp

1 lb ground beef 1/2 medium white onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 can (29 oz) tomato sauce Sauté beef, onion, and garlic. Drain fat, if necessary. Add in tomato sauce, and simmer. Add spices (oregano, basil, salt, pepper) and a pinch of sugar.

Tahini salad dressing

3 parts tahini 2 parts water 1 part soy sauce 1/2 part lemon juice 1-2 cloves garlic, minced Mix ingredients, and pour on salad. Goes well with blue cheese.
