Spinach dip

1 cup mayonnaise
16 oz sour cream (one container)
1 package dry leek soup mix (1.8 ounce)
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped (4 ounce)
1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained (10 oz)

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, dry leek soup mix, water chestnuts, and chopped spinach.
  2. Optionally, serve in hollowed-out round sourdough bread loaf.
