1 1/2 cups chickpeas
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
- Blend garlic, salt, tahini, lemon juice, and 1/2 cup water until completely smooth.
- Blend in chickpeas, olive oil, parsley, and optionally cayenne pepper. Serve sprinkled with paprika and olive oil.
