Tzatziki

14 oz Greek yogurt
1 English cucumber
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp dill
1 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

  1. Peel the cucumber and grate it on a box grater. Squeeze well in a sieve to remove the liquid.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cucumber with other ingredients. Serve with grilled pita wedges.
