1 pound plum tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 small red onion, minced
1/8 cup minced parsley
3 tbsp chopped basil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 cup olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl.
- Place baguette slices on a baking sheet, baking at 400 F until golden on both sides. Serve warm baguette slices topped with bruschetta.
