Lasagna

6-8 lasagna noodles (depending on level of self-confidence)
1 lb beef (or vegetables)
1 bottle spaghetti sauce
15 oz ricotta cheese
8 oz cottage cheese
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp parsley
some spinach, mushrooms, etc. if desired
some mozzarella cheese

  1. Cook lasagna noodles and meat.
  2. Heat meat and spaghetti sauce in a saucepan.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, cottage, and Parmesan cheeses, egg, and parsley.
  4. Layer the following in a greased 9×11 baking dish: noodles, cheese, vegetables, mozzarella, sauce. Repeat once.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
