1 lb spaghetti, cooked
2 tbsp olive oil
6 slices bacon, chopped
1/3 cup white wine
3 large eggs
2/3 cup grated Parmesan and/or Romano cheese
- In skillet, fry bacon in olive oil until crisp. Add white wine and simmer until wine evaporates.
- Beat together eggs, cheese, and plenty of salt and pepper.
- Pour bacon and egg mixtures into hot pasta and mix very well. (The heat will cook the eggs.)
