Scallion-ginger chicken

4 chicken breast halves
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1/4 cup scallions, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 cup vegetable oil

  1. Steam the chicken over simmering water, 6 to 10 minutes.
  2. Stir together ginger, oils, soy sauce, scallions, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Combine steamed chicken, rice, and sauce, and serve.
